Terms of renting:
• Driver's license
  
  
• Minimum rental time: One day (24 hours).
  
  
• Taxes: All rates include V.A.T. of 13%.
  
  

• Gasoline: The rented car comes with a full tank and it is the customer’s responsibility to return same.
  
  

• Traffic fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violation during the rental period are at the customer's expense.
  
  

• Insurance: All authorized drivers of 4U CAR RENTALS are covered against liability to third parties for death and injury up to 500.000 € and damage to property up to 100.000 €.
  
  

• Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.): In case of accident, theft or fire the customer is responsible for paying a maximum of 295 €. It is valid only on condition that the Greek driving code has not been violated. Under car/chassis damages, wheels and tyres are not covered by CDW.
  
  

• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): The driver is covered up to the amount of 17.600 € for loss of life, total or partial permanent disablement.
